BLUE FISH is a branch of the strong Moroccan group, MUTANDIS, involved in various sectors especially in the seafood industry.
Through several branches, MUTANDIS is controlling the full chain of value from fishing with its own vessels to processing through its canneries.
BLUE FISH, located in Dakhla, one of the most productive zone in the world for pelagic fish like sardines, is processing all the canneries by-products into premium ingredients for the feed industry: aquaculture and pets.
Hydrolysis technology
BLUE FISH is the largest fish protein hydrolysate factory in Morocco, using the enzymatic hydrolysis method which ensures and preserves the unrivaled value of marine proteins, being gentler in terms of temperature compared to the standard fishmeal process.
Furthermore, hydrolysis cuts the proteins in smaller peptides, improving their assimilation. Some peptides are well known for their functionalities including anti-oxidation or immunity.
HydroMax, fish hydrolysate, is also known to be highly palatable, thanks to high protein content, excellent solubility and composition.
It helps to maintain animal appetite and health status even in delicate farming situations or to preserve the vitality of your favorite pets.
Safe and pure
In the preserved environment of the south Morocco, pelagic species such as sardines feed in clean waters at a low trophic level, meaning the overall contaminant level is extremely low.
